The customer support is worse. I purchased a batch, and suddenly it disappeared from my profile. It was worth rs 2.5k, and it suddenly disappeared. And when I'm trying to contact them they ain't responding. This is so stoop behavior from their side. Do not purchase.

Bekar application hai course buy karne ke baad bhi course update nahi hota hai. Why does this application take my phone photo video access phone call access all details are already filled during login but when I contact the support team he again demands all details like phone number email name etc.1 hours wasted in this process, but the problem is still available?

Neetu Ma’am’s content and books are very useful, but my experience with KD Live support was very disappointing. I ordered books, completed payment, and received the confirmation email, but after that I got no update. Order tracking did not work on the app or website. I tried calling customer support, sent WhatsApp messages, and emails, but received no response. Good content, but very poor customer service.
