I agree with everyone who complained about the ads. Cant turn them off or stop the spam. I agree with everyone about the algorithm. I also agree with people who complained about the MAGA issue, its like It's intended to cultivate misinformation and inflate the maga cult. Ill add that moderators tend to permit maga baiting and block or delete posts on a reactive complaint basis. No thx. I did not enjoy using this app.

Rules & Guidelines selectively enforced and the moderation sucks. The Next Door Admin team consistently gives inconsistent answers to what is permitted and what is not permitted. They hand out account suspensions left and right with no explanation other than you violated ND guidelines. When you appeal and ask what specifically you did to violate guidelines they respond with "your account was suspended for violating guidelines".

The censorship and infringement of speech is beyond any apps I've used. It's like you have HOA on social media. What put me off is they will shut down the entire comments of a post when some people left unkind comments... Those people who make the comment should be restricted, not the post which didn't violate the rule. More issues like scammers with verified account baiting people are spreading like weed.
