Currently, in Antalya turkey, booked an excursion with them from a specific hotel, they confirmed, agreed a date from that hotel, they then cancelled that date and changed it to another date, which was ok, then they cancelled our excursion last thing the night before, so wasted three days of our holiday, very unprofessional company

I booked SPANC tour through this company. They cheated me. Despite paying more than 100 USD they didn't give me Zoo ticket. Upon enquiry, I was informed that ticket is not included. I showed them screenshot of their tour package but still they didn't accept my request. Soo be careful before booking through this platform. Not Recommended

This app ruined part of my vacation. Activities have hidden fees. The prices are low to attract u. They asked for 200 Turkish lira for entry fee and an extra 20 euro for 3 personae when we arrived at the activity. And when we got fed up with it and wanted to cancel they asked for a 15 euro cancelation fee. And we hat to pay for our road back to the hotel when the site mentions that all fees are fixed.
