We use the health information you enter when setting up your account to build the personalised physical activity prescription that is the safest for you and your goals.
EXI is a CE (European Conformity) and UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marked Class 1 medical device.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
EXI offers two auto-renewing subscription options: - £29.99 per month - £300 per year (that's the equivalent of £25 a month)
These prices are for United Kingdom customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Google Play Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your Google Play Account Settings before the current period ends. You can go to your Google Play Account settings to manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renew.

I have found that the exercise programs on EXi are very good. I like the variety of exercise programs that are on offer, and I like that they offer low, moderate and high intensity exercises for the user to work through.

I enjoy the ability to track my health week by week through the app, and the access to a range of activities of varying intensity. Sometimes I do the stored activities, other times I log when I go for a walk or run, to see how I'm doing in terms of overall activity per week. The ability to tailor activity to my specific goals and conditions feels unique and supportive.

Couldn't get on with this and did not find it suitable. Even as a 60-year-old the low amount of exercise and steps they were prescribing me to do was ridiculous. When you do activities the only option is to record them live. You cannot record activities after you have completed them. Not practical for recording activities like swimming unless you have a waterproof smartwatch which I don't. I walk a huge amount of steps every time I work as part of my job, but there was no way of recording it.

Needs a smartphone and data using Google Fit, I don't have data as I only have pay as you go and use a Fit Bit so no use to me. I have been unable to add my recorded steps manually from my Fit Bit tracker. Disappointed as this was offered to me as part of a NHS fitness scheme.
