I used to have the maximum experience level of 999 points. After the system was changed to 1,250 points, my account was only increased to just over 1,000 points instead of being updated to the new maximum. This doesn't feel fair to long-time users who had already reached the previous maximum. I hope this can be corrected.

To log in I now have to enter a pin, then my username and password then I get a 2FA by text. At the end of the process I get to a screen asking me to set up a pin, with no option to skip. Not worth it, and it's a free app.

Why can I not review my Credit Score? It says I can't update as it's not compatible and Need to speak to the developers? Why? I've already tried emailing Experian to prevail. I can't understand why I'd need a flashy new phone to access a basic credit score? Even clicking on the email version doesn't work?
