An update. It still just plays games by telling you have some things you can do to improve but blanks them out unless you pay. They should be paying you for your data. Not the other way around. Use Money Saving Expert Credit club, and it gives you all the Experian data for free. No Brainer. No companies seem to use Experian they tend to use Transunion. Credit Karma and Totally Money are better.

My Credit score dropped 100 pts without any explanation or reason. The app stated there were no missed payments, no mortgage issues, no overdraft, no credit card limit reach, nothing. But the score dropped God knows why.

To log in I now have to enter a pin, then my username and password then I get a 2FA by text. At the end of the process I get to a screen asking me to set up a pin, with no option to skip. Not worth it, and it's a free app.
