Very useful for keeping track. Have managed to improve score by regularly checking and seeing what I have. I do think £14.99 a month is expensive to see other features about your own credit, so I just use the free version.

Still, it is great to see my credit score, but it would be even better to get some information on the occasional dip in the score. 'What is New' info is now posted but no details. Great to get a response from the developer, Stuart, to my question "What's New on July 1 update?": "Hello, Caspar. The updates that our team provide are tweaks to make the user experience better. Our updates typically feature minor bug fixes as well as changes to improve the performance of the app. Thanks, Stuart."

How come Credit Karma can find me. When Experian says I do not exist? I pay taxes. I have lived at same address since 1994. I have advanced PVG clearance *several times in the last 12 months. I am registered on the electoral roll. I am also registered at local GP. I receive staye pension. I have settled status... Basically, Experian says I do not exist so Mylar. Scot say I do not exist... I feel discriminated against. Terrible experience.

Your app is a total joke, I paid off sky mobile in 2021, and I owe nothing but yiy have denied me credit as a default. I will be appealing your ridiculous judgement, and I will make a complaint to trading standards and the financial services authority you have blocked me time a d again for credit. You are a total joke, and I have uninstalled app. Never contacted me again you jerks

My password and personal details are up-to-date online, but I can't log into the app - just keeps saying I'm locked out - can't contact anyone for app support - tried doing as requested and resetting everything - doesn't work. As I can't reply to the developer's review - you have to be logged in to contact them!!
