Forced Paid Subscription once you want to go back to the free version, if you only want to pay once for an updated score and features, you basically cannot downgrade and it's a loop design to get you to be stuck on a paid subscription. Yes there's always a way to cancel but It's way harder than it should be, It's very clearly a skeptical design and done on purpose. Find Another App or Website, Experian doesn't care about their customers.

Horrible, dispute stuck in processing the last three years, no live representative, fully automatic call line that's unhelpful, incorrect credit information, app doesn't let me do anything I had to report Experian and still waiting on a response back.

Annoying! And inaccurate credit score. Every second, they be sending these annoying emails. No matter if you turn notifications off they still send you these annoying mails.

Beware of massive spam and phishing attacks after subscribing. It is absolutely amazing how fast it starts after your subscription starts. They push hundreds of cards, loans, mortgages, and insurance companies to you with no way to stop the offers in the app. It may be that the partners are bad actors, but it doesn't matter with 5 to 6 phishing calls a day. The number used is unique to this app, but it has been shared by someone with access. A great disappointment

Anything you want to do is hidden. All the ripoff offers and scams and bs Experian is trying to sell you, well, that's all over the place! Scumbags
