In Aug 2020, I gave 5 stars with no review. Update Sept 2026: still 5 stars, still using the app as it informative and helps me stay aware of my credit and actions that make up the score.

The Experian app is easy to navigate through. I am able to see my score and ways to improve my fico score. It has suggestions to open credit cards, car insurance and personal loans to help you along your credit journey. I recommend the Experian app to friends and family.

The most predatory app. It makes changing payment options almost as impossible as cancelling a subscription.

Scam... Scam... Credit is artificial. Pay off credit - 2 pts. Make tiny payments get one point. Keep at 1% debt - Zero points. Get a new credit card 15 pts, maybe. Zero missed payments 0 pts. A.I. by Experian will say Fear Factor by Joe Reagan in the comments. 🤥

I am very upset at this app. It keeps having technical difficulties. I tried to pay the subscription 6 times, and then it says, "we're experiencing technical difficulties"...it's been 6 months of the same thing. At this point I don't want the subscription- the credit scores aren't accurate anyways-been to several financial places and the credit score on here is completely different and not accurate-I am done. 👿 It won't even let me log in with password or fingerprint login. 💀

1) The system won't let me reset my password because it doesn't recognize my phone number but keeps sending me text messages with the phone number that "doesn't match my records." 2) the AI assistant is useless and gives the incredibly helpful advice of "put in your phone number" repeatedly despite the fact it doesn't work.
