Hello! I’ve run into a very serious problem. Someone broke into my account, stole my data, and put it up for sale on the dark web. I’ve tried to contact you several times, but you’ve walled yourselves off from ordinary people behind an impenetrable system that makes it impossible to explain the situation. I am deeply disappointed by this wall you’ve built. Your system does not allow a person to protect themselves against such situations. In this case, the person falls out of your system.

This is the only credit reporting agency which hasn't stopped punishing me for a bad faith lender's bad reporting. (transunion deleted, equifax has deleted) Experian fails FCRA standards into a reasonable investigation to disputed information, avoids substantial CFPB replies, and relies solely on lender verification which is a HUGE no-no in FCRA sect. 611. Enjoy whatever comes next because I have exhausted every reasonable means of communication for resolution.

This app is designed 20% to provide you with the information you are paying for, and 80% to inundate you with ads and "special offers." Almost all the notifications are ads too. The monitoring service is highly valuable, but paying a high subscription price for constant upsells is insulting. EDITED TO ADD that the response from the developer below is not accurate. The only notifications that can be turned off relate to monitoring your credit score.
