I was skeptical, but this is really an easy app to navigate through! Anything govt related is usually layers and layers before you can do the simple action you needed to do, BUT express scripts is not like that! So happy I switched over to express scripts! Best decision of the year. Update: 03/23/2021 I am still delighted with express scripts, they take care of getting new scripts from my dr, and I can set up with automatic refills, so 1 less thing to worry about.06012023 update: still awesome!

Could be good, when it works. Its mostly Express Scripts I don't like. No real savings, forced to order 3 Mos at a time, and then their app makes a mistake, and I have to wait more than a week now to receive my prescriptions? They wouldn't stop calling before. Where's those calls now?

The app works just fine it's the company that is backwards. They have several departments from within and no matter how many people you call they refuse to communicate. They say they can't change this or that to get your prescription through the at times and possible process, but they will constantly delay cancel and delete your prescription. Government contracting had its worst.

None of the links work, requiring me to just go to the website instead. It used to work well, but clearly something has changed. If it gets fixed, I'll happily rate it higher.
