I was skeptical, but this is really an easy app to navigate through! Anything govt related is usually layers and layers before you can do the simple action you needed to do, BUT express scripts is not like that! So happy I switched over to express scripts! Best decision of the year. Update: 03/23/2021 I am still delighted with express scripts, they take care of getting new scripts from my dr, and I can set up with automatic refills, so 1 less thing to worry about.06012023 update: still awesome!

I hate this app. It sends messages to order your prescription, so I do. They send message saying processing. Then sends another message saying I haven't ordered it yet. PLEASE DO SOME WORK ON YOUR APP!!!!!!

Usability is bad and many features are unreliable (like tracking a shipment). I could try to work around the "track shipment" button, but you don't let me select the tracking number text. Just one example of many on why this app is a pain to use. Add in a customer service approach designed to make a person angry, and I've complained to my HR department. Take your prescription price given here and add $50 to it before going this direction. Much better to support a local pharmacy.

Could be good, when it works. Its mostly Express Scripts I don't like. No real savings, forced to order 3 Mos at a time, and then their app makes a mistake, and I have to wait more than a week now to receive my prescriptions? They wouldn't stop calling before. Where's those calls now?

The app was working great, but now it throws an error each time I've tried to log in. I've changed passwords 4 times and the app won't accept act of them. It's very frustrating. Please fix.

None of the links work, requiring me to just go to the website instead. It used to work well, but clearly something has changed. If it gets fixed, I'll happily rate it higher.
