I absolutely love Express Scripts. Such an amazing home prescription delivery service. Very easy experience and app. The only thing I wish they would add is enrolling in automatic payments, so I don't have to think about it.

This cluster-f provider is a nightmare when it comes to managing access to their system. They send you a password reset email but then cannot process it. Searching providers results in system error try again. What an effing joke.

Usability is bad and many features are unreliable (like tracking a shipment). I could try to work around the "track shipment" button, but you don't let me select the tracking number text. Just one example of many on why this app is a pain to use. Add in a customer service approach designed to make a person angry, and I've complained to my HR department. Take your prescription price given here and add $50 to it before going this direction. Much better to support a local pharmacy.

Could be good, when it works. Its mostly Express Scripts I don't like. No real savings, forced to order 3 Mos at a time, and then their app makes a mistake, and I have to wait more than a week now to receive my prescriptions? They wouldn't stop calling before. Where's those calls now?

It was a great app, but now I get an error every time I try to log in. I've ever changed my password 3 times.
