Express taxis are brilliant, from a disabled point of view the drivers know how to secure a wheelchair safely, so you don't get bumped around. They are always very polite n very helpful.

Service has been phenomenal as well as the drivers. As I don't drive and since the coronavirus lockdown I thought I'd have great difficulty in completing jobs to do with my work but express have been there and have helped my family and me stay afloat. Would pay double the fare happily if I was expected to. I would also like to thank a driver 207 who brought back my phone during these tough times. As I said great service that goes above and beyond what's expected.

I downloaded this app over Bruce's taxis app because I believed I would be able to set up a pay by card feature but when I load up the app and click through wallet to add credit card the app instantly closes. So this app does not have card functionality at the moment, I would avoid downloading if you were hoping for that.

App doesn't work with foreign phone number, Express Taxi drivers take advantage of people saying they can't make change, call the police on them immediately if they do and do not let them scam you, they're liars
