App logs you out automatically after a few hours. Despite fingerprint being enabled, it requires you to put in log in information. App is overall slow to respond. Pressing ingate under the "my work" section sometimes doesn't work and is usually slow to respond. Sometimes I get a black screen after hitting it multiple times because it fails to respond. These issues lead to increase time spent messing with the app and more traffic issues at the rail yard. The old app worked great, this one sucks.

I'm not very happy with the new update and the pickup and drop scheduling. It's so bad if we can't contact with dispatch after hours we get stuck. My opinion NS needs to get rid of scheduling for pick n drop.
