I had flume, and the city changed out my meter, making flume incompatible. It's great that the city is providing this to all households, but with flume I could set more granular alerts. EyeOnWater only lets you set alerts for water running continuously for a whole day. With flume, I could set the notification for 2 or 3 hours, which allowed me to catch leaks much sooner. Overall, it's great that everyone will have this type of access for free with their water service.

Can't log in on my new phone, and it won't send the reset email even though it shows my email address when I tried to recreate the account. Fail...

This app used to be good for tracking water usage. Then the graph feature that shows usage over time stopped working, and then it stopped showing any water usage altogether. I've tried clearing the app cache and deleting and reinstalling, and it still shows 0 water usage.

It's TERRIBLE!! Had a 20,000 gallon leak and the app didn't alert for 30 days. And then there's no way to reset the alert - annoying. A second on-site leak of at least 100 gallons discovered and the app shows only 12 gallons used. Thousands lost. $$$$

Doesn't work. Shows no water usage at all. Have a water leak we are working on, but says no leaks. Worthless app.
