The App is working and so easy to use. Now if we can get the cost of water, sewer and trash pickup under control, I would even to say it's wonderful. Sadly EWSU is totally out of control with rising prices.

I love that you view your hourly water usage using the app! I was able to deduce that high water usage was because our water sprinkler was using more water than I expected because of the exact time that it was turned on. There are also notification settings for "leak alert" and "usage" which may prove useful. I have yet to test it out in the case of unusual water usage.

It won't even recognize my account number that I pulled straight from my bill. Keeps telling me that it cannot confirm my account number or email address. Not only that, but why do I have to give it permission to use my location, my phone, my camera, and edit my files? Do your self a favor and just stick to looking at your paper bill when it comes.

Seems this started when you guys last updated. I have just used the app one time (I think last month), then the update happened. Now it doesn't recognize the account number etc. It seems every way I've tried there was an error message., deleted the app then re registered. Using my account number & zip code. Then called, just wanted help with the app because this is how I want to make my payments. Now frustrated, all I want is help to set up the app where I can Easily make my monthly payment.

The app doesn't always load correctly, so I just see a buffering wheel instead of the option to pay my water bill.

Can't pay bill. It tells me my card expirey date is invalid. It is not. All my other bills I pay online go through just fine.

Way overcharge. My water use is $43.87 tax is $6.51 sewer and swer maintenance is $104.99. What about that is even close to ok? This company sucks!
