it seeme like she's either needing glasses or she's a child. it may be both. I think the reason is that the app is relatively new. I took a pic of a case of bottled water on my tile floor, and she said "I'm not sure, but it may be a cat sitting on a tile floor." so very good start, and I don't know if we as users of the app can contribute more pictures to help her learn like machine learning, or if your info is a cloud database of non-changing information. either way I'd love to help in any way.
