Description
eyparent is a dedicated app that aims to engage parents and help them to understand their child’s development on a more regular and real-time basis, through their child’s learning journey. Nurseries can keep parents informed and involved with comments, home observations, daily diaries, reports, accident/incident sheets and messages. When integrated with eymanage and payment gateways, parents also have a full overview of their account and can view and pay invoices online.
Recent changes: - Invoice & Payment Updates: Pay by Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, TFC and sign up to a Direct Debit mandate all through your parent app. Your childcare provider must sign up to eypay and enable these payment methods for it to appear in the app. - Enhancement to your eyengage newsfeed to show an RSVP deadline when set by your childcare provider. - General Improvements: Bug fixes and performance improvements for a smoother experience.

UPDATE I did check for updated app before posting the below comment but was not available at the time. Just updated it now, and it all appears to be working. So thank you for the reply and updated my review. If I do encounter verification issues I will contact the support. Many thanks. PREVIOUS PROBLEM After recent update, it keeps logging out and not logging back in, so now it's useless going round in circles with verification codes every two minutes and still not able to log in and use it.

I have two kids in nursery. Since the update I get 32 notifications per day via app and email when previously it was four. 32!! Feedback via the nursery from the developers is that I have to turn app notifications off. They're either on or off. I can't even the email notifications off to half the alerts. This isn't acceptable as all nursery communication is via the app. I wish our nursery went back to their previous app which was far superior. When will a fix be released?

I can't seem to turn off email notifications even using the link. I also get two push notifications AND two emails for every update. My phone is full of Apparent spam now, it's an absolute pain.
