I have been using this since 2017. I had all my data for my business. Now after I tried to back all the data up says I don't have an account and all my data is gone. Now I can't log in or nothing. So all my data was lost from the last 4 years and no back up. I have emailed there support and haven't heard anything. DON'T GET THIS APP.

It's a nice bookkeeping and accounting app but after using it for a few weeks it fails to connect to the internet even when the internet is on and connected and when all other apps can use it. The problem seems intermittent now. I am not using this app for a business but just to log ongoing expenses otherwise I would find another one. It must be used connected to the internet so if the authors' server is not available then the app is unusable. It means using it on their schedule not yours.

What have you done? My 2 years of invoices are loss after the update my synch email doesn't work anymore, after I sign up again using the same email all my data are loss
