I love this app, it has been so good for my small business, keeping track of everything. So simple to use (thank goodness) and has helped me (and my bad memory) to make sure to be paid for invoices and to know when I have to issue reminders, and all handily from my phone whilst I am on the go. Very disappointed. Been a loyal client to them for 6 years. I found it convenient to be able to switch subscriptions as the different companies go through phases. Now they only want to bill you annualy if you want to upgrade. So you have to buy a full year subscription whereas it was alot less costly to just pay monthly. Then, if you cancel, you lose all your invoices and data. I wil now look at changing all 4 my business to SAGE.

Can't do decimals for quantities, for example .5 hours. Can't send via email. I have to download the PDF and email it via my email client. Clicking on "unpaid" invoices doesn't show any late invoices. Last I checked late invoices are considered unpaid. I really regret paying for a whole year upfront. Save your money people, there are much better options with a much easier to navigate UI.

This app is okay. Every year it gets more expensive and have to pay for features that should be free with the expensive price. Trying to get onto reports mostly doesn't open on my phone anymore. When I try to see my last months vat its stock on vat for the year. Before I used to be able to scan my barcode on the product and enter my inventory through my phone. Now they want u to pay for that service. Come on. Before I was rating it 4 stars now im saddle have to rate it on 1 star
