Very easy to you straight to the point. The delivery your schedule for pops up in app you get all info you need to make delivery and contact person when you arrive. Tap button to start take a picture when you deliver of office or where ever, so they know you went. The tap button to report delivered that easy.

Most features work quite well, but app frequently fails to transmit completion of order in a timely manner. This can be resolved by closing and reopening the app twice (not once) and starting the process from the beginning. This often means that several minutes can elapse between first attempting to mark order complete and actual completion.

After installing the app and opening it it asks for a phone number. After submitting your phone number it sends you a text message with a link to the website version of the app. It never allows you into the app and the only way to manage your deliveries is through the website interface. UPDATE: I am an in-house driver for two restaurants as well as an dispatch driver. This issue has nothing to do with dispatch. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss this issue.

Don't bother if u have an Android. It can't even verify my phone#. The link refuses to open the App, yet it will on my iPhone. EZ Cater seems to prefer Apple. Their EZ Manage App is not even available on Android. FACT: 58% of phones are Apple & 42% Android. EZ Cater brain trust: "Lets design an App that'll make it easy for our restaurant owners to manage their EZ Cater orders. But for IOS devices only" It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that 100% is better than 58%.
