Awful customer service. I've sent emails to support with no reply. My bank sometimes blocks overseas payments. Ship day decides to suspend all services without an invoice, without notice, without a grace period and zero response. Once payment is rectified it even takes them days to bring your services back. Ridiculous!

Loading after login, can't even use via website. Now, can't even see dashboard!!HTTP ERROR 503 Internal Server Error. You must fix this, it makes slow our business!!!!

We had their service for a month, as it's too expensive for us right now. They charged us for the second month after we canceled our service on the day it was supposed to renew. A good company would refund you if you're not using their services, but this company is not. People should be aware of this and read the small print because they won't do the right thing and work with you. Hard pass for us anymore. Thanks
