The app is pretty good. Needs a few more features like the camera going back to its default position after a fixed time. The firmware isn't updating. Times out after a few minutes.

Overall the app is good and works well. The only drawback is that it's not available for Smart TV. It would be great if CP Plus launched a Smart TV version for easier monitoring on larger screens.

After recent update of cp plus camera E45Q I very much disappointed with the camera I can't see recording its getting lagged too much and today the camera was connecting to phone but in app it was showing offline when I resetted it now camera is not adding in app again no support from customer team no service center my old camera godrej ace pro is still working fine without a single issue I'm very, very much disappointed and my camera is 39 days old only don't buy third classsss product

Camera automatically moves its direction by itself..... All motion tracking is switched off. When I open app to look, I notice camera in other direction. I change the direction and again problem repeats. Felt like CP plus is watching us. Networks are not end to end protected. DON'T BUY CP PLUS, bring this complaint to consumer Ct.

Absolutely terrible app. The controls are poorly designed, playback is frustrating, and the app crashes frequently while viewing recordings. There have been no meaningful updates to address these issues. This app is unreliable and badly needs a major update.
