A fraud Camera is not working, so I installed this app for complaint. Till after 3 days it shows registration is under process No one is replying on mail I'd complain also. No one pick up the helpline number. In my opinion company is a fraud

OTP issues. The app is not able to send OTP to mobile. Hence, couldn't even sign up. And CP Plus service center cannot take your device unless case is logged in the App. What a careless customer service, who insist on App, which dost work.
