I like the app. I have 2 cameras one with dom light. I don't see an option to turn on the light when movement is detected. But only light on and off time scheduling. If that option is added, that would be very helpful.

Recently purchased cp plus E41q Wi-Fi camera. Second day of purchase its go offline and can't reboot. I go to service center, and they told me that we do hard reset and update the device. Now again it's go offline again and again. My old cp plus e 35 a run smoothly over 2 years it works perfectly. So cp plus kindly fix the problem as you have huge market share. Don't brake customer trust bcoz we have no enough time to go service center again and again. Jodhpur Rajasthan.

Will not purchase or recommend any other as it is poor technology, & products. The Cloud Recording Feature on display is a headache as user need to cancel it every time the camera display is accessed. Also their support is useless. Ezykam+ mobile number add feature also dysfunctional. Contacted support but no use. They have no resolution to this problem.

Der service center ppl dnt give u service not the given numbers work, neither there customer service numbers work not even there WhatsApp customer service numbers doese the customer service, cp plus is great but due to there service one of the worst product to be bought wit trust of it I'll work, it goes offline, frequently disconnected, sd card doesn't work or may not record so many issues, this wit lot of disappointment in there service. Nd company itself cares Damn that v can see in reviews
