I bought EZ-P31 camera and it requires EzyLiv app. I can't find EzyLiv app in Europe and EzyLiv+ does not let me add that camera. What the heck ???

Verification code service Failed, every time I try to log in it verification service got failed to send email otp from last 2 days.

The camera supports SD card storage, and everything was working fine initially. However, after resetting the camera, I was unable to complete the SD card setup because the password configuration keeps failing for no apparent reason. I've tried multiple times, but the app consistently rejects the setup process. This has made the camera difficult to use and has been extremely frustrating. The app experience needs significant improvement, especially around setup reliability and error handling.

"Daily upper limit for verification codes reached" appearing for all numbers, means generic limit reached. Guys please tell your CTO (Monika sharma) and CFO(yogesh sharma) to increase generic limit of SMS. Mr Aditya khemka it's a security app, which requires finest SLA, 1 min downtime can cost a customer which does not recognize cp plus as trusted security service partner. Seems like an incompetent CTO warming the chair.
