I install this app and use it for a week or two, and then it has an, "error try again later" message. Trying again does no good. I will continue getting the error until I uninstall and re-install. Then it will last a week or two and the same thing happens again. So frustrating! Obviously the app is great when it's working, or I wouldn't keep trying. Love the bank. Love the service. The app sucks!

This app just doesn't work. Logs me out. Refuses to allow me to log in with correct credentials that do function on PC. Only way to login is resetting the entire account credentials it'll work 2–3 times then reject correct credentials again. Because of this mobile deposits simply don't work. The entire reason for the app is to make it more convenient, but it fails to do that. Update your app to accept correct credentials and stop random log-outs. Do better.

I've been banking with f&m for 15 years now and this app is the worst part about the entire experience I love everyone who works there, but they really need to redo this app and the fact I can't use tap to pay is seriously frustrating.
