One of the best experience of my life. But they need to be flexible like once you subscribe at one location than you should allow to work out all locations. I don't know about other person, but I am a traveler because of my Job requirements. I am traveling across New Zealand each Month then It's not possible for me to attain classes at one location. I can understand its difficult them to manage, but they can charge little more and allow us to use locations across globe if not atleat New Zealand.

Have been having issues with the App for at least a month. I'm on Android and have to uninstall and then reinstall the App everything I want to use it/book a class/look at my bookings. It continually shows that it's searching for my studio.

App keeps lagging or crashing. Works 60% of the time. Had to install and reinstall just to use it to book a class which is very annoying.

It would be useful if you added push notifications. Have missed 2 waitlist classes as had no idea I'd been booked into them! Not v helpful having to go into the app, navigate to see a list of PAST notifications that haven't actually notified the user in any way 🤡. The membership section is confusing. Overall design is not very slick. Looks like it's been designed by a sw dev without thought of overall design / ux. Could be much improved! Thankfully the classes are great 😊
