I like this app. Its really helpful but I want to know that how can I use all exercises and plans, and how can I get premium? I can't get premium, And I can't have a goal and it dost show me my progress and achive goal

It's my first day, so we'll see if my wrinkles start to be improved, but the exercises are pretty good and the explanation is clear and helpful to have a visual of the exercise, so you know you're understanding the written instructions.

I loathe having to interact with the app constantly in order to move throught the exercises. Exercise instructions are shown on a popup that obscures the timer, so to move through the program, you have to first read the instructions, close the instructions, start the timer or count for 10 seconds as instructed, push a button to say you've completed the exercise, read the next popup, close the popup, push the button to start, do another ten seconds, push the button to start... Painful.

Downloaded the app on a 3-day trial, on the 2nd day I cancelled as it wasn't for me, but they still charged me £13.99. I know it's not a lot of money but when I've been charged this for something I don't want and won't use and had already cancelled it's annoying.
