Overall it is a nice well-developed app. Very easy to use and secure. I love the different color categories. The only improvement I could recommend at this time is blocking out the data information when you go your recent applications screen. Also, maybe having a one time subscription instead of an annual. Keep up the good work!

I really find the app helpful and great, so I paid for 6 months subscription, but I can't use the premium feature. I tried to restart my phone and relaunch the app, even tried to install and uninstall to see if It's going to be updated but nothing changes, I'm still being asked to upgrade to premium which I already did. I hope this is not a scam, and I hope someone will attend to my email ASAP.

NO USER GUIDES OR VIDEOS, I AM TRYING TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THEPRODUCT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED. I PAID FOR "LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION" I LOADED IT ON MY iPHONE AND THEN ON THIS PC, AND GOT CHARGED AGAIN, WHEN ALL I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS A PAGE TO SUBMIT MY KEY AND ACTIVATE THIS PC. nOT VERY HAPPY!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR REGARDS, RON

The concept of the app is good but the implementation from usability point of view is bad. I must add that I did not try the password manager feature. I wrote an email to Tex ode to provide feedback. As of today, I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement of the email. From my point of view, this says a lot about the company. Enough said.
