I decided to go with another password manager after a few years of using my last one. My only complaint is you can't select the number of characters when generating a password. I prefer 15 rather than 12 and my last app allowed over 20. A small personal annoyance is also having to go to the menu before selecting your password folder rather than a dashboard of folders when logging in. For those of us that have several hundred to manage, it's much easier. Overall, good app (pro version).

Title: Critical Data Loss Following Update — Unacceptable Risk for a Password Manager I rarely leave reviews, but this situation warrants it. Following the most recent update, my entire password vault appears to have been erased, with the app prompting me to create a new master password as if no prior data existed. This is not a minor inconvenience—this is a fundamental failure of the app’s core responsibility: secure and reliable data storage.

I am all of a sudden unable to get into the account with my password. Yes, I know my password. I have my master password written down for this situation incase I forgot. So that lets me know the password is not wrong. As everyone has said since the update I cant get in. the update may not be the reason, but it started after that. This really sucks because I have so many pw in there. I've sent 2 emails that they put on other reviews, and they have yet to reply.
