Great overall, some much-needed features: Add a filter for assigned ordered to be able to change sort by (change from priority to location). IPhone users, when typing on a field you cannot see the 'done' button to exit the cell. Can designers not just change the background field color?!

When attempting to log in, app closes. Need this fixed pronto! EDIT: The app now works as advertised. Thanks to the tech team for working out the bugs! This app let me make work orders on the spot, rather than going to my computer.

One of our field guys was able to use FDWC, but then got a new phone. Now, he's not able to log in. He puts in his email, accepts the terms, and hits Continue. He then hits the login screen, then rolls right back to the email screen. My manager and I tested this, and are getting the same issues. I use and Android, he uses iPhone. We're both listed as administrators in Facility Dude. This is totally worthless and is causing frustration with guys who need to create work orders in the field...

Every time I create a work order with my cell phone or at least 90% of the work orders just disappear. You can't assign to more than one person. The mobile app is very lacking. Programmers, I.T. Dudes!!! Come On. Read the Reviews and fix the Bugs!!

Forms Should be able to view and fill in forms attached to work orders on the app. Instead of having to use Web browser to do this ... I almost never use the app anymore because it's pointless when I still need to use the web

Unassigned work orders disappeared After the last update all of our unassigned work orders vanished. Now when the app is opened it doesn't show or have the option to look at projects that need to be completed that your fellow facility staff put into system. That is one of the most important functions of this app and it no longer exists.
