Fairfield County Bank has gone through a complete digital transformation. The look and feel of their new app is user-friendly and easy. They have added in several digital services right within the app including Belle and a free Credit Score tool. I can even open another account right from the application in a matter of minutes. The mobile deposit issues reported back in 2017/2018 are no longer a problem. I can make a deposit from anywhere at any time. I love this banking app.

Hate it. Opened an account several months back. Was told I'd be able to deposit & have biometric logins. Waited over 60 days, nothing. It's not user-friendly. Capital 1 app is 100% more user-friendly. This makes me want to close my account completely.

Check deposit doesn't work The rest of the app is fine and easy-to-use, but the camera function can' t distinguish the signature on the back. Lost a significant amount of functionality. Back to deposit by mail. Uncompetitive.

Clunky at best. Also, fingerprint stopped working at all, and locks you out after trying a couple of swipes. Another terrible FCB experience.
