Literally doesn't do anything. There's a text in the middle saying "hello world" and that's it, you can't press anywhere or do anything

The app description says "NOT working on Android 11+, due to an operating system limitation". Ok, why choose to make it available for Android 11+? The developer could have chosen to make it unavailable for incompatible versions, but they didn't. This feels like an attempt to artificially inflate installation numbers by allowing users to install the app on devices the developer knows won't be able to use it.
