Snoonu one of the best company in Qatar but the BARDA office staff very miss behavior with rider the BARDA management also the quality team very bed and miss behavior

Snoonu is a good company but the BARDA office staff is too much bad. There behavior is not good with driver. And support chat also is not good support chat never solve issue any time. Staff is too much bad. Specially BARDA office staff is very unprofessional. Bad behavior

Snoonu is a good company but the management of BARDA office it's not good there behavior with the rider employees it's not good they treat us like dogs and the think we are robots who just obey there orders and there is nothing like a relaxation or relief even we riders work so much hard no matter how the weather and situation is we are always on road doing our best but still we don't get respect and appreciation from the management, and they disrespect us alot

I updated the app yesterday and there was no chat support option, and today I updated it again and now there's only two options contact support or check order status and both of these options are useless
