The phone app gets stuck in "desktop" mode where I cannot zoom in to read the messages. I cannot read 2-pt font. I clicked on app support--both my phone and desktop computer show a black box for support.

Update: I checked the settings, and they were set correctly. Original post: Still not working. I'm not getting notifications from the app when a teacher sends a message. All of my notifications settings are turned on my phone.

While the app is very useful for communicating with your children's school and teachers, entering text is a nightmare. I had to send the same message to each of my children's teachers, so I copy/pasted with the intent of just changing the name per child. I was absolutely unable to move the cursor in the text entry field. It kept group selecting multiple words, and I was not able to edit the range of selection either. Miserable. I am using a Google Pixel 10 Pri Max with a screen protector.
