Updated: the login bug was fixed, and all that's missing is the healthy living section of familiplus

It used to be really easy to use, especially to renew prescriptions. Now it's total chaos, getting to renew a prescription requires several steps - need to log in every time itself requires several clicks and an additiona PIN (so what am I required to log in for??) - and to get to the prescription renewal option needs you to scroll and find it. Don't like this in the least.

This used to be a great app to renew meds. Now it's filled with a bunch of useless stuff. The interface is so convoluted. Not using friendy at all as before. Have to log in with email and long password each time instead of 4 digits as before. I have gone back to calling the pharmacy to renew my meds instead of using this app. Way faster. They hired an app designer than have no clue of the kind of clients who use it.
