Rita Aid pharmacy is where I get all my items, but it's sad that they are closing all their stores for good now I have to go to CVS pharmacy to get all of my items

I love RITAID. The employes are very nice and friendly. It's just a shame the upper management does not know how to run a store. They run it to fail by not getting merchandise to them. Discontinuing whole departments.

First, let me start by saying I like Rite Aid. I would give 4 stars; however, when it comes to the pharmacy part of the app, there have been a lot of issues for me since the previous update some months ago. I have several prescriptions missing on the app, and some of their last refills are missing as well. It shows my doctor that one of my prescriptions has not been refilled since last year when I just got it refilled last week. I'm not sure what else to do. Please fix. Thank you!

Update: Still can't fill a prescription using the app. It's been almost a year since I originally posted this. It does the same thing, it says it's filling your prescription. But doesn't do anything. I'm even at a different Rite Aid: Can't refill a prescription, it says you refilled your prescription but nothing happens. I've been with the other two nationwide pharmacies, and I'm just shocked how bad this app is compared to theirs.

503 errors when looking at my prescriptions. Used to work flawlessly. Today 6/8/2025, unable to login, reset password, says account does not exist, what is going on?
