Does not work at all. Zero updates on the patient other than when I first sign in with the patient ID. I've needed this twice so far, and it hasn't worked either time.

There's no place to put my code in. No one contacted me with any information about my person's surgery or condition. What's the point.

Had to uninstall & reinstall since another patient has same 1st name & initial of last name of my loved one. Surgery delayed 3 hrs. What if my sis couldn't call me ?? Too generic & impersonal !!! Could be a selected automated message is sent as person is signed out of surgery-didn't even want to download it. Poor patient relations !! Electronics not a substitute for Real People. With HIPAA, I expect it won't get too personal & COVID is no excuse for lack of real people communication !!
