It was incorporated in Nigeria on 10th day of November 1981, under the companies and allied matters degree 1990 with registered reputable, indigenous versatile dynamic consulting firm set up primarily to focus on the planning and execution of large and complex development projects. As a project limited liability, its head office and operation premises situated at No 7/8 Gomari Airport road Maiduguri,Borno state capital and branches in Abuja, Taraba and Kaduna. The company was established as a multi displinary practice with interest in fund procurement, planning and executive of large development project the need for a company for a company of this nature arose out of the desire of most institutions, government sand organization in the planning and execution of developmental projects. Thus, agencies wanting to get the best out of professional together efficiency and cost control.

Fani Nigeria Limited was formed as a result of this development in multi- facetted discipline, is designed to offer a “one stop” shop for a whole range of services associated with project development, However, on very large and complex projects requiring skills and exposures beyond the experiences of the company, it further expanded to admit other group/ company retains the overall project control.
