This for me was a trip & planned suddenly & with urgency. Keeping in mind that it wasso close to Christmas holidays & during the FIFA World Cup game sin Qatar, Fare boom found me athe best ticket price deals I could find with the best departure & return times. My layover durations were the best under the circumstances.

Fare boom frustrated me and my 3yr old daughter when I traveled to Bangkok for a 3weeks vacation prior the shutdown. Just 2 weeks of stay everything was shutdown in Thailand. Stuck and frustrated, I emailed fare boom about my situation & they told me I could only reschedule, money was nonrefundable. Things started opening up, I emailed them, they rebooked an incomplete flight I couldn't travel. Since then, I have been contacting them to no avail. My money gone! Had to pay another flight home.

Bought tickets, had to cancel in February 2025. It is currently June 2025, no refund has been issued. The airline has stated repeatedly that they had issued the refund in February, and Fare Boom denied this. Fare boom was contacted twice, both times they claimed that they would absorb the cancellation charges and refund within four weeks. After five months, I cannot recommend this service at all
