This for me was a trip & planned suddenly & with urgency. Fare boom frustrated me and my 3yr old daughter when I traveled to Bangkok for a 3weeks vacation prior the shutdown. Just 2 weeks of stay everything was shutdown in Thailand. Stuck and frustrated, I emailed fare boom about my situation & they told me I could only reschedule, money was nonrefundable. Things started opening up, I emailed them, they rebooked an incomplete flight I couldn't travel. Since then, I have been contacting them to no avail. My money gone! Had to pay another flight home.

Terrible experience. My wife had a 20+ hours delay on this flight, and you just updated that the flight has arrived in Houston. She just boarded en route to Doha, which will take approximately 7 hours for her to get to Doha. There's a 4 hours layover before boarding to Dallas Texas, then Houston if there are no further delays. What is hard in being honest to your customers?

Until 2021 they used to be the best in terms of: - customer service - fees - conditions. They used to be as they always announced "book with confidence". But not anymore. I hope for anyone who's considering to use this company or used to used, to know well that they're going to receive the worst customer service experience.

I regret using this website. It would have been much easier to use a more established company. The money I saved using this app was not worth all the problems. The website didn't work for days. Customer service was helpful but when I went overseas they had no number to call to resolve my issues.
