When I submitted my KYC, it said confirmation would take 24–48 hours. Now it's been 4 days, and there's still no response. No one knows how long it actually takes—months or even years. Waste of time.

Am done verification and my account said it's verified, but when I try to claim card it said my account is not verified, I have contacted support, but they never responded, be careful if you Rush to put in your hard-earned money.
