Great for managers. Rubbish for the workers. I understand to managers to have all faults and issues stored in 1 place making it easier to follow is a great thing. However, for the workers actually uploading the tasks, the app is far too slow, constant crashes when uploading a picture and then crashing when closing the task. It is also a massive app. Starts off tiny, but it is currently taking up 4.9gb, and I don't know how as the whole point is to upload it to a server. Rubbish and painful to use.
