This app. Is unreliable, rarely allows signing in, and is more of a problem to account holders. It is absurd that you have to go to this app to dispute anything, to lock the card, travel notice, request a new card, etc. That should be all done on one app, and for some reason, you guys have not figured that out, but this is not efficient, practical, or useful for your account holders. I am surprised that anyone still has an account here who wants a more secure account and card.

Not very user-friendly. I know my password and it just won't take. Then I try to update several times, and it just keeps saying "It looks like there is an issue on our end. It's not your fault. Please try again in a little while." While trying to enter a secure, long password this is a pain because you have to keep trying. Heaven forbid you had your card stolen and can't shut it down. Very aggravating!!

App updated, and now it tells me my username and password are incorrect when they, in fact, are not because I can log on via their website just fine.

It used to text me with alerts, but since this update it switched alerts to email, and I cannot find anywhere in the app to change it back to text!
