When traveling around Frederick County and I see something that needs attention, I take a picture and send a request with the picture. Before you know it, it's taken care of. Drainage issues, line painting on roads, potholes, mowing public spaces, they do it all. There is a different app for Maryland State Roads. Sometimes it's easy to confuse State and County property. If you do, they politely message you where you can make your request. Frederick County Maryland Fixity guys are the best!
