Fedely: Loyalty Card

Fedely turns the paper loyalty card into a card that lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Your customer scans your shop's QR code, types their name, and the card is already on their phone. No app to download, no account to create, nothing to remember. At the counter you open their card and tap +1: the stamp shows up on their phone, even if they have already left the shop.

COUNT WHAT YOU SELL

A cafe is not a clothes shop, and it cannot have the same card. With Fedely you choose the word your customer reads on the card:

• the pizzeria counts PIZZAS: the tenth one is free;
• the cafe counts COFFEES: the eighth is on the house;
• the hair salon counts VISITS: the sixth blow-dry is free;
• the clothes shop counts EUROS SPENT;
• the ice cream shop counts CONES, the car wash counts WASHES.

THE CARD IS YOURS

Colour, logo, a photo of your shop, the stamp you like. You see it while you make it, exactly as your customer will see it. The app takes your card's colours too. And when you change it, it changes on all your customers' phones: the stamps they already have stay where they are.

THE CARD TALKS TO YOUR CUSTOMER

At every stamp your customer's phone gets a notification. If a reward has been waiting for a while, the card reminds them. You can send an offer to everyone who has your card. At the bottom of the card there are Call, Menu, Map and Website buttons, and your social links.

IN EVERY LANGUAGE

The app speaks 97 languages. The card and the page your customer opens speak the language of their phone: a Japanese tourist reads it in Japanese, a German one in German.

AT THE COUNTER

Scan the QR code on your customer's card, or find them by name. One tap and the stamp is there. When they reach the reward the app tells you, and with one more tap the reward is redeemed and the card starts again. If you make a mistake, you can undo it: the app records who did what and when.

YOUR TEAM

Invite anyone and give them the right role. The owner sees and changes everything. The manager also sees the numbers. The operator gives stamps and rewards. The rider can only give stamps.

You can keep your menu here too, with prices and allergens. Your customer opens it from their card.

WHAT YOU NEED

A phone and your shop. No barcode scanners, no card printers, no contracts.

Your customers' data is yours. It is stored on European servers and we never sell it. You can close your shop and delete everything at any time, from the app.
