It does what I need. Allows you to use finger print to log in, tells you
about your loan amounts, and allows you to pay your student loan monthly
payments. With the most recent update it even tells you how much of your
payment is going to principal and how much is going to interest.

Works great. No issues that everyone else is talking about. menu is fine, can make payments and also use fingerprint sign in. Using Galaxy Note 9.

Used to be able to use my fingerprint login. It shows the pop-up that the
fingerprint is accepted, but then leaves you at the login screen saying
it's not recognized. No way in the app to redo the fingerprint. Since they
make you change passwords often, the fingerprint becomes useless. No other
app using fingerprint login sucks this badly.

This app really sucks if you are trying to target a loan....the break down of different loans would be nice if you could see it all...words overlap and it doesnt scroll so you can separate them. Im trying to pay on only one loan. I made the minumum on the other loans and then went back in to make a payment on my targeted loan and it forced me to pay on all again...though I just satisfied that requirement. Then when I went to cancel it said I had THREE pending payment...what??!!! Useless for what im trying to do...im going to have to call anyway.

Was so excited to see there was an app for Fed Loan, but it doesn't update right away, the menu tab won't close, and some actions require you to go online rather than use the app.
