The processing of loan was very fast but the way they keep calling you even when your repayment date has not elapsed is quite disturbing coupled with the threat messages as if one have absconded with their money and is not willing to pay back. I wouldn't refer someone to an App where he will be receiving harassment

Disappointing... I borrowed my first loan and second loan and returned on due date, . I applied again, and I was told current credit value is insufficient, I should wait till on the 5th which is today, I opened my app today and the same message on the system I have to wait till on 12th ... can someone explain to me please

Not impressed because they took money from my account and there's no indication what's so ever that money has been taken on the app they took money 5 times from my account, and they are still calling me to pay the loan I borrowed 10k they gave me 8700, and now they have collected 17,015 from my account you people want me to go to my roots as it seems even if the money is not a huge amount. Person go crase because of this money. You don't know how the money got into the account you're withdrawing

This app interest rate is crazily high 40% with full chest for 10 days, then for goodness’s sake, sold my private number to other app, they started calling me for their offers and rate... madness everywhere. I am very sure because you are the only app I have use aside my bank. If this disturbance persist, you guys will hear from my lawyer.

Their customer service is unreachable. WhatsApp's contact is not on WhatsApp. Their other phone now is unreachable. No response to emails either. Their agents lie for no apparent reason and become unreachable again (I later realized their agent would block your no immediately after communicating with you). An example of the lies was the 2 times their agent contacted me that I have a discounted loan offer. One time, one of their agent contacted me and said he's one of their manager ...
