App lacks basic functionality: (1) app has featured to change email address, it is not working. No success or failure status, simply doesn't work (2) No place to track already opened issues. (3) transaction details lacks details like masked upi is mentioned instead of full upi (4) can't download transaction and settlement stmt through app. It requires website login. Too bad!! (5) while navigating through txn details, app doesn't refresh correctly and doesn't show txn at all while switching to diff date.

A very disappointing with this app, show the amount after 10 minutes. Second it takes so much time to register. They also take your addhar, PAN even 5 photos plus they scan your addhar QR for registration. Next day, a verification man comes. Then third day, loan checker and last they disapprove your loan you require or not. So this is so irritating, can't handle. Won't recommend anyone.
