I need to retrieve my account details because this app just doesn't stay logged in I've had to retrieve account before but when you keep forgetting your password It's hard to get the details back to log in, so I can order contact lenses with a discount. Right now I have no contact lenses, and I'm desperate to order some, but I cannot remember my details and I cannot see what I'm doing even writing this is a struggle. I need help logging in

I order contact lenses they send it to the wrong address, and they tell me is your mistake...the customer service is not good after 3 years with this company I have to leave

If your items go missing in the post you've had your chips. There's plenty of automated spam messages telling you how sorry everyone is, but that's it. I've had to order a new set from the Lense Store. God knows where the order from this lot are. Not a happy customer. Update. I ordered these on Wednesday, it's now Saturday in the middle of a public holiday. I've had an email saying that next day delivery is £9.99. Still no delivery. Have to wait until Tuesday now. Lost in the post.
