It's good for getting your feelings out and processing through them, but only getting 3 messages per day unless you pay 10 dollars? That's bullhonkey to me. I find it a little absurd in my personal opinion. It's great for what it was made to do, but putting a paywall on it defeats the purpose entirely. And if you pay for the subscription and cancel it you can no longer use the app. If you are in crisis go to the hotline or get a therapist, not this app.

It's good that this app is free but only two or three it stopped. It doesn't help much to everyone who feel so much weight on their hands. I had so much issue with my life. I don't trust my parents nor teachers enough to know everything. I don't even have friends after in college. I don't want to be close with someone ever again. I always feel like I'm the joke to everyone. No one would care if I needed them. So it's not helping people with their emotions unless they paid for it.
