Much faster to get an appointment with Elmo than a regular vet. The vet was super friendly and sweet with my cat and very informative with what might be wrong with him. She advised me to take him to the Klinik. This all would have taken much longer with a regular visit to my vets, which could have meant a worse outcome for my cat. The app itself is also very intuitive, and I really liked that I didn't have to fiddle with payment methods in a moment of worry! Definitely would use Elmo again!

Having no car means travelling with pets to a vet can be tedious. Elmo makes it super easy to just book an appointment and have them come to you. Your pet is comfortable, in an environment they know and the Vets visiting appear as new friends that come with funny smelling bags (from a cat's perspective). Pets remain calm because of this. Both times we've had a vet from Velmo has been a pleasant and convenient experience.

If I could give them no stars I would!! I rang them about coming to my house to clip my Cat's nails, told them on the phone that my cat is wild and aggressive, and I can't even pick her up myself! So they would need to give her something to calm her down! They said that wouldn't be a problem! The Vet, more like (Groomer) came to my house with just a clippers, and I told her it won't work, that she needs to give my cat something to calm her! She said we can try lol 😂 didn't work bill 72.61

Paid €25 after I canceled an appointment after 2 hours. After I called because my cat vas having serious problems, and they said they can't come in the same day. I made an Appointment and after I saw that my Cats' life was in Trouble I urged to a vet, and canceled the appointment. The second day I got a bill of €25 for the canceled appointment.

The service is good, but it is more expensive than going to a regular veterinarian, so I would book only in rare cases. They charged me over 100 euros for checking the allergic cough from one dog. For a regular check up at my regular vet, I never paid more than 50 euros. So I do not recommend unless you don't want to leave your house for some reason.
