★★★★★ I just don't give the max ratting cause, after you finish the data from the Internet plan, the service runs so slow, but so slow that you can't even open the menu to recharge the plan to get more data. I think that menus should be the simplest possible to allows us to load it, so we can pay for more, but instead is all full of links and images and templates that need to load on a so slow service. After one hour or so of just waiting for the menus to load, then I'm able to pay for more.

★★★★★ App works okay but the option to switch to English is gone with the new version. My German is ok, but I do appreciate English for specific terms / words.

★★☆☆☆ It may be hard to believe, but the truth is that Vodafone does not even have a proper mobile app, and this is just an emulator that uses the Vodafone website, and it always has problems and most of the time you can't even scroll the page. And even the English language is not available, which is a shame.

★★☆☆☆ Totally unfair business practices. Cheapest package is 10 euro per month, but automatic payment is only for 5 euro or 15 euro, 20, 25 etc. Why not also 10?? Because they want to make it inconvenient for you to stay at the 10 euro tariff. I ran out of internet and I wanted to swap to the 15 euro package for 10gb more, but hello, the package will only activate after this billing period . Why not just take the extra 5 euro and give the extra 10gb? Because they want to force you to buy extra data
