The app is completely useless for non german speaking people. Even screen translation is disabled! Too bad Vodafone doesn't have customer service for such customers. Only their money is good...

Vodafone in Germany the worst and the most stupid brand I've ever come across. They are a bunch of fraudsters and scammers. I buy a "no contract" Vodafone sim card call-ya from a local supermarket to use for Internet only to realize the meinVodafone app cannot register the sim card. I go to the office, they say since I bought it at a supermarket they cannot register it, and they refer me back to the meinVodafone app. it's been almost two days, and I'm in a merry-go-round. Very frustrated

For the past few weeks unable to log in with password neither SMS code. Often top-up doesn't work. Once working app (also in English) was upgraded to total garbage without English translation and possibility to login! How difficult is it to build simple and functional app? All I need is to top-up and change tariffs when needed.
