Worst app ever, rarely works. Unable to login. And coverage of the Vodafone network is even worse. Mobile internet doesn't work in the city center? 4G+ or 5G on the screen but nothing won't load. Ridiculous.

This is the worst application and worst customer service I ever experienced. The change the contract as their wish and get money from you even after you cancel your contract. It's a shame for telecom company to behave like beggars and to commit fraud and scam their customers. There is no one to answer, and they can't even speak english to you in germany.

Vodafone in Germany the worst and the most stupid brand I've ever come across. They are a bunch of fraudsters and scammers. I buy a "no contract" Vodafone sim card call-ya from a local supermarket to use for Internet only to realize the meinVodafone app cannot register the sim card. I go to the office, they say since I bought it at a supermarket they cannot register it, and they refer me back to the meinVodafone app. it's been almost two days, and I'm in a merry-go-round. Very frustrated
