Good job Aldi Talk, the prices are super affordable with great internet speeds and deals. Hopefully there's going to be an English version of the app soon, but anyway, I find the 5G promos great for now 👍. Hopefully there would be a plan for 100 mbits, you know for downloading heavy sized files or games and a plan for an unlimited day flat.

The warest Service Provider in Germany. They don't have office to visit them if there is a problem. Only through Phone call and you have to pay for the call and even the will not hear you the after 20 t0 30 on call to get someone to answer your call they will Terminate the call on you even not yet solved your problem. They very rude, they are thieves. I didn't Advice anybody no Use Aldi talk.

If you have automatic payment but don't have money in your card, the app will show you have internet, but your SIM card will be actually blocked. You must fıgure out on your own that the payment failed. When you do 10 days later, ALDI refuses to prolong your packet. They tell you "you should have had money in your account". You only get the remaining days. The app also doesn't let you turn off automatic payment if you don't already have credit in the sim card. Pathetic app and customer service.

I'm not sure if I have missed the option, but I have looked everywhere to change the language on the app to English, with no luck. It shouldn't be so difficult to do so? Many of us who use this app are not native German speakers. English should be an option.
