You can only log in of you have access to the phone number in the contract. The website does not provide a regular login anymore or requires 2FA to the same name which renders the whole contract management useless.

I ordered my SIM card from Cong star 3 days ago, and it still hasn't been activated. I went through the Pestilent verification immediately after ordering, and everything was confirmed on my end — yet nothing has happened since. No activation, no update, nothing.

The app is hideous, it has so many "security" measures, I have to write my contact number by hand somewhere to just be able to do anything, because they weren't smart enough to make your app, when you are logged in, and you want to end a contract, it doesn't recognize the contact you want to end automatically! The Internet service is also bad, it was a problem to get someone to come fix it. This is one of the reasons I'm leaving Germany, is impossible to have a service tha has anything normal
