Hands down, Cong star is undoubtedly THE BEST Mobile Service Provider in Germany. 1. The app: works beautifully. 2. Their current price and GB policy: great. 3. Their transparency regarding your contract as well as changing/cancelling: on a completely different level. [I have never experienced such an ease in canceling contracts (due to point 1.-3. You can only log in of you have access to the phone number in the contract. The website does not provide a regular login anymore or requires 2FA to the same name which renders the whole contract management useless.

The app is hideous, it has so many "security" measures, I have to write my contact number by hand somewhere to just be able to do anything, because they weren't smart enough to make your app, when you are logged in, and you want to end a contract, it doesn't recognize the contact you want to end automatically! The Internet service is also bad, it was a problem to get someone to come fix it. This is one of the reasons I'm leaving Germany, is impossible to have a service tha has anything normal

I've been with Cong star for well over a decade, and I've always believed in the saying, "If it's not broken, don't fix it". What was wrong with the website? Nothing was wrong for the user. Now, another ridiculous app. Yet another app to deal with on multiple platforms. More work, more data for less result. As a reply to your reply below: feels AI generated... what future are you referring to? I'm paying now.
